 REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Online registration

The candidate must have an email address (e-mail) and telephone number valid to receive registration confirmations and other information concerning him/her.

Registration takes place in four (4) steps :

Step 1:

  • Download the form detail application online from the AGENLA ACADEMY's website ;

  • Type the requested information, then print, sign and send back the scanned copy to the e-mail address of Agenla Academy below : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., together with other documents as indicated on the form; or

  • Print the form, fill it in by hand, sign and send back the scanned copy to the e-mail address of Agenla Academy below : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., together with other documents as indicated on the form;

Step 2:

The candidate will then receive application file number by e-mail.

 

Step 3:

If the applicant submits an incomplete file with regard to Step 1, he / she will have to complete his/her file as indicated on the application form, no later than two (2) days before the date of selection by the Review and Student Recruitment Commission.

Step 4:

If selected, the candidate receives by email a provisional admission letter after publication of the results of the entrance exam according to the dates indicated below.

 

Step 5:

Once selected by the Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate will be definitively registered after payment of the first instalment of tuition fees, according to the timetable indicated in his/her admission letter.

Registration on Campus

Step 1:

Download an application form available on the AGENLA ACADEMY's website, or collect one at the Registrar's office, fill it in properly, and deposit it against an attestation of deposit.

Step 2:

If the applicant submits an incomplete file with regard to Step 1, he / she will have to complete his/her file as indicated on the application form, no later than two (2) days before the date of selection by the Review and Student Recruitment Commission.

 

Step 3:

If selected, the candidate receives a provisional admission letter after publication of results of the entrance exam according to the dates indicated below.

  
 

Step 4:

 

For national candidates:

Once selected by the Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate validates his/her admission by paying a non-refundable sum of CFAF 15,000 (fifteen thousand) representing pre-registration fees according to the payment schedule indicated in the provisional admission letter.

For foreign candidates:

Once selected by the of Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate validates his/her final admission by paying a non-refundable sum representing 50% of tuition fees as final admission fees according to the payment schedule indicated in the provisional admission letter.
