The admission panel considers the following three points :
Point 1 : File review following an internal evaluation grid used for all candidates
Point 2 : Results obtained in the written part of the competitive entrance exam
Point 3 : Results obtained in the oral part of the competitive entrance exam
Step 1: Get advice from our Orientation Commission
An orientation Commission welcomes applicants interested in our University, either online, by telephone or on the University campuses.
This service brings you all the desirable details on our training offer, the specialties and professions for which we prepare students, the course and the different possibilities of furthering education nationally or abroad as well as internships possibilities in our Partner companies, the possibilities offered to students to work within the application firms of the University or create a business within the University’s business incubator, opportunities at the end of training, scholarship opportunities, end of course and entrepreneurial ship opportunities, etc..
The candidate must have an email address (e-mail) and telephone number valid to receive registration confirmations and other information concerning him/her.
Registration takes place in steps :

The candidate will then receive application file number by e-mail.
Step 3 :
If the applicant submits an incomplete file with regard to Step 1, he / she will have to complete his/her file as indicated on the application form, no later than a week after the beginning of classes.
Step 4 :
If selected, the candidate receives by email a provisional admission letter.
Step 5 :
Once selected by the Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate will be definitively registered after payment of the first instalment of tuition fees, according to the timeline indicated in his/her admission letter.

Step 2 :
If the applicant submits an incomplete file with regard to Step 1, he / she will have to complete his/her file as indicated on the application form, no later than a week after the beginning of classes.
Step 3 :
If selected, the candidate receives a provisional admission letter after publication of results of the entrance exam according to the dates indicated below.
Step 4 :
National candidates :
Once selected by the of Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate validates his/her admission by paying a non-refundable sum of CFAF 50,000 (fifty thousand) representing pre-registration fees according to the payment schedule indicated in the provisional admission letter.
Foreign candidates :
Once selected by the of Review and Student Recruitment Commission, the candidate validates his/her final admission by paying a non-refundable sum representing 50% of tuition fees as final admission fees according to the payment schedule indicated in the provisional admission letter.
The selection shall be based on the general performance of the candidate at the different levels of previous studies and the Diplomas obtained, and the scores and grades obtained in the core modules, depending on the specialty or branch of study applied for.
Candidates with foreign diplomas must present either the Order of equivalence or the deposit receipt of the application for equivalence, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. In the latter case, their final admission into AGENLA ACADEMY shall be subject to the equivalence made by the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon. While waiting for this, the candidate shall be admitted conditionally and can start school.

Admission into the first year is made public only after the candidate has obtained a Baccalaureat/GCE A Level or any other equivalent diploma.
