Duration of training Cycles:
– HND: 2 years
– Professional Bachelor’s Degree: 1 year
– ⁠Professional Bachelor’s Degree: 3 years
– ⁠Professional Masters Degree: 2 years

Academic Admission Requirements:
– HND Cycle:
Prospective students must hold a GCE Advanced Level Certificate, Baccalaureate, or equivalent certification in the sciences or technical fields

⁃ Professional Bachelor’s Degree ( 1 year program) : HND, BTS or equivalence
⁃ Professional Bachelor’s Degree ( 3 years program) : GCE Advanced Level Certificate, Baccalaureate, or equivalent certification in the sciences or technical fields
⁃ Professional Masters Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Bachelor’s Degree or equivalence

In addition to the above academic requirements, applicants are expected to furnish copies of their birth certificates, National Identity Cards for nationals, passports for foreigners, and a recent color passport-sized photograph. A comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV) is also required. All these documents should be submitted along with a completed application form.

Admission Process:

Fees and Tuition:
Tuition fees range from XAF 500,000 to XAF 780,000, depending on the chosen specialization and academic year or level of studies. Additionally, a non-refundable application fee will be required. The specific amount for both fees and tuition will be determined and communicated in the announcement regarding the commencement of the admission examination.

Degrees obtained and Awarding Authority:
Degrees obtained: Higher National Diploma (HND), Professional Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Masters Degree.

Awarding Authorities: Depending on the program and cycle, and in accordance with the regulations governing private University Institutes in Cameroon, the awarding authority is one of the following mentor Universities: The National Higher School of Engineering, (Polytechnic Douala (known by its French acronym as ENSPD), University of Douala – Cameroon; National Higher School of Engineering, (Polytechnic Yaounde (known by its French acronym as ENSPY), University of Yaounde I – Cameroon; National Higher School of Engineering, (Polytechnic Maroua (known by its French acronym as ENSPM), University of Maroua – Cameroon; School of Geology and Mining Engineering, University of Ngaoundere, Meiganga, Cameroon; the National Institute of Mines and Petroleum Industries (IMIP) Kaele, University of Maroua – Cameroon;
all of which are public institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon.
